You can exchange or return your order up to 14 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. I don't do returns or exchanges on original paintings or sale items. Before you do any return or exchanges, please contact me on tronja@tronjagallery.com or use the contact form.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS:Paintings on canvas will carefully be wrapped and placed in secure boxes. A notification email with tracking number will be sent to you once the painting is shipped. Please allow 2 weeks to prepare the painting for delivery.

ORIGINAL PAINTING ON PAPER: Original paintings on paper will carefully be wrapped and shipped in a cardboard envelope or in a cardboard tube. A notification email with tracking number will be sent to you once the painting is shipped. Please allow 1 week to prepare the painting for delivery.
